All products sold on Bop Jazz are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Delivery Method

Upon successful purchase, your files will be delivered via email to the address used at checkout. You will also be able to access your downloads directly from your order confirmation page.

File Formats

Our products are delivered in the following formats:

• MP4 (video lessons)

• PDF (sheet music, notation, or written materials when included)

Delivery Time

Digital downloads are typically available immediately after purchase. In rare cases, delivery emails may take a few minutes to arrive.

If you do not see your download email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Download Access

Download links may expire after a set period for security purposes. We strongly recommend downloading and saving your files as soon as you receive them. If your link expires or you experience any issues, just contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
